The body of Perry Borntrager is found in the close-knit Amish community of Marion, Ky. The Amish are uneasy having Englishers poking around. Luke Reynolds is brought in to help. During his investigation, he realizes he has feelings for Frannie, the owner of a B&B. He thinks she knows more about this murder than she’s telling. Shelley, Congratulations on the great review! I got my copy of The Search today at Walmart. Glad you and Lesley are home safe. I’m not sure how I got there because I havn’t joined but i was on your facebook page today and I love the pic of Rudy relaxing on the lounge chair but I love all of his pictures. I still think you should write a book about him with pictures. It would make a great childrens book.

Hi Jeanette! I’m so glad you were able to get on Facebook. Rudy is one spoiled puppy, but he’s made me smile a lot this summer. I told my husband that I’m really going to miss him when he goes back to Alabama with our son!
Thank you so much for picking up The Search! I’m actually going to Walmart today to go look at it on the shelves. silly, I know.
I haven’t forgotten your request for the Amish chicken recipe. I can’t seem to find it in my files. I’m going to look at little longer before I break out Freida’s recipe and rewrite it!
I started reading The Search yesterday and just finished it. Didn’t want to put it down! I’m so gald that I pre-ordered it. Loved reading about characters from the The Missing and meeting a couple of new ones. After reading Luke’s thoughts on the last page, my mind is whirling trying to figure out who murdered Perry! I can’t wait for Found and learn who the murderer is and how things will work out romantically for all these special characters!
Awesome review Shelly. I think anything you write should be 5 stars but different people think differently. I agree with Jeanette about the book staring Rudy. Keep up the great work!
