First, thanks so much to everyone who has been taking the time to visit my website. I’ve also truly enjoyed getting your letters, and also becoming FaceBook friends. I spend lots of my days in my office alone, so I really love hearing from readers.

As a way of saying thanks, I’d love to send out some of my new ‘Shelley Shepard Gray’ promotional items! I just ordered some pens, I have bookplates, and my wonderful publisher just sent me tons of the most beautiful bookmarks for the ‘Seasons of Sugarcreek‘ series.

So, if you’re interested, please write me a note with your mailing address on it, and I’ll send you some promos as soon as those pens come in. (I expect them this week.)

I made Best Cinnamon Rolls this week. The Brennemans will be having them on Christmas morning in GRACE! What was great about these rolls was that the recipe called for a box of yellow cake mix. Now, that couldn’t be easier! The recipe will be included in GRACE.

I hope everyone is having a nice week…I’m afraid all this baking has gotten the best of me! I can’t fit into any of my clothes from last summer. I just started a diet today. Sigh. Those cinnamon rolls were really good….

Don’t worry about the SASE at this time. Melissa, I did receive your address, and you should be getting an envelope from me soon. I sent my daughter and her boyfriend to the post office with a whole stack of letters. : )

I just finished “Winter Awakening” and loved it. I love the fact that they are dealing with real life issues. It makes the Amish see “real”. I would love bookmarks or whatever you have if you wouldn’t mind and can’t wait for “Spring’s Renewal” to come out.

I absolutly love your books! I bought “Winter’s Awakening” the day it went on the shelf and I read the whole book that day… I was up til 3am I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait for “Spring’s Renewal” to hit the shelves. You are truly a wonderful writer.
