I just finished reading "Forgiven." It was the third one I've read of yours. I enjoyed them very much. I love books in series since it makes the stories last longer.
I felt I had a chance to really get a good look at the personalities of your characters. They each had their own distinctive characteristics. The plots were very interesting and I appreciated the themes of of each book. I've read around thirty Amish Fiction type books. I love the gentleness of their way of life and how they have clear guidlines on how to live. Thanks for your work in writing these wonderful books.

Dear K. Berger, : )

Thank you so much for the note. I'm glad I'm not the only one to find that cooking is a relaxing hobby! I just wish I liked to cook soup or something low-cal. Baked goods always call my name.

I couldn't agree with you more about the Amish way of life. My Amish friend treasures the morning sun, because it's when the light is 'just right' to read. I often think of her starting her days that way...giving thanks for the sun, and making good use of it, too.

Bless you, thank you for giving 'winter' a try, and thanks again for the note.

I just finished reading Winter's Awakening. I loved it. I am hooked. I can't wait to get your next book Spring's Renewal it sounds wonderful too. You mentioned here that you like to cook because it relaxes you. I could not agree more. If I have been stressed out at work for whatever reason cooking always seems to help. I love reading about the Amish. They certainly have the right idea. Life doesn't have to be so complicated. They seem to see beauty in everything. This book was such a feel good book I hated for it to end. Thank you so much and please please please keep writing. You have such a gift.
