I had kind of a funny conversation with my husband this morning when we were walking Rudy. He was trying to figure out whether to come with me on the road for three days…or stay home on puppy duty.
At first, it seemed like staying home would be the obvious choice for him-he’s always got conference calls and work on the computer when he’s home. But then I reminded him about the 1)walks, 2) constant Rudy watch, and 3) Rudy’s need to chew, chew, chew. <g> Believe it or not, Tom started thinking that driving 5 hours with me from Muncie to Zion, IL sounded easier than chasing a puppy!
I have a feeling he’ll be home and I’ll be on the road with my daughter. I hope we won’t be alone, though! If you live near Muncie IN or Zion, IL, Please consider coming out to see me! I’ll have a basket of goodies for a drawing, books to sign, pens, bookmarks, tour bags…chocolate! (what more could a person need? )
